2. Product Information & Availability

  • All microgreens are grown naturally using NON-GMO seeds and chemical-free methods.
  • As our products are live and perishable, availability may vary based on season, growing conditions, and demand.
  • Images and descriptions on the website are for representation purposes. Slight variations in size, color, or appearance may occur due to natural growing processes.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or direct contact.
  • All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
  • Subscription plans (monthly or annual) are prepaid and non-transferable.

4. Delivery Policy

  • We aim to deliver fresh microgreens at peak vitality.
  • Delivery timelines depend on location, harvest schedules, and logistics.
  • Delays due to weather, transportation, or unforeseen circumstances shall not make Ankuram Greens liable.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

5. No Return & No Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of live microgreens:

  • No returns or refunds are accepted once the order is confirmed and delivered.
  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for resolution at our discretion.

6. Subscription Terms

  • Subscription plans are billed in advance.
  • Skipped or missed deliveries due to customer unavailability are non-refundable.
  • Ankuram Greens reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription plans with prior notice.

7. Workshops & Training Programs

  • Workshop seats are limited and confirmed only upon payment.
  • Fees paid for workshops or training programs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Ankuram Greens reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, images, text, graphics, logos, and educational materials are the intellectual property of Ankuram Greens.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ankuram Greens shall not be liable for:

  • Any allergic reactions or health issues arising from consumption of microgreens.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Improper storage or handling of products after delivery.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh.
